Unlike many other fitness centres and gyms on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, or even elsewhere in Australia, we actually want you to use your facility rather than pay for a gym membership and never show.
Once you become a gym member, you'll hear from us regularly with helpful fitness tips, our fitness centre news and other information to encourage you to get down and use the gym.
