The personal training area of our business is called Results Based Training. Results Based Training is simply about RESULTS. YOUR RESULTS. Results are after all what counts when it comes to fitness. This is why we call it “Results Based Training” Working with a Results Based Trainer will benefit you by offering you: Commitment - Meeting your Results Based Trainer for appointments will ensure you get regular exercise Results – A Results Based Trainers can make the most of your time in the fitness centre Variety - They will keep your training interesting so you don't get bored Motivation – We all work better with a mentor or someone “cheering” from our corner Change - As your fitness improves, your Results Based Trainer will modify your exercise to ensure you continue to improve. A partner who will help you achieve your goals We have a number of different options for this depending on your time frame, work schedule and of course budget. At Beach House Fitness Maroochydore we believe so strongly in Results Based Training that all staff take at least one Results Based Training Session every week. You can work one-on-one. This is the best way to get complete personalised attention and fastest way to achieve results. We offer 30 or 60 minute sessions. If you have limited time then the 30 minute option works best. Your Trainer will discuss warm up options so you can get maximum results in your time.
Results Based Training membership allows you full use of the facilities including our Group Fitness classes, our pin loaded machines plus the free weights area. We offer a complete range of Results Based Training options. You can choose from one session per week or as many as three sessions each week over the year. You decide how much support you need to keep you on track. Our Gold and Platinum Results Based Training Series carry a 100% Success Guarantee.
