Other areas where the information is used include quality reviews, funding, legal affairs, education, research, collection of fees and planning. Your personal information is only made available to those directly involved with those providing services to Beach House Fitness Centre's or those organisations that we authorise to manage the information.
Access to your information is possible by contacting the club and making a written request. A reasonable administration fee may apply
Security and Protection
Most information is held in our client and membership records. Paper records are preserved and protected. Records are stored securely in accordance with the provisions of the Commonwealth Privacy Act.
Beach House Fitness Centre's make all staff aware of the requirements of its privacy policy, and the need to respect the confidentiality of client information and the privacy of individuals. We regard any breach of privacy very seriously and will impose disciplinary action, including dismissal, if appropriate.

Beach House Fitness Centre's take special care to ensure that the personal information it holds is accurate and up to date. Personal records can be updated by clients calling their Beach House Fitness Centre directly.
